Is Molar Power® a Non-Profit Organization?

No, it is a “Cause Marketing” entity founded on the belief that business and
philanthropy can come together as one and make a positive impact on the world.

Are the funds donated from my charity bank tax deductible?

Donations made from the Molar Power® site are not tax deductible.

What is the minimum amount my child can donate to a listed charity?

$10.00, which is the amount earned for each purchased item.

Do funds in my charity bank ever expire?

Charity bank funds from any given purchase expire 120 days after being deposited,
with the forfeiture date shown under your charity bank representing funds from the oldest
purchase.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Most orders are fulfilled within 2-3 days and arrive via USPS within 3-7 days
depending on where you are located.

Do you accept International orders?

At this time, Molar Power® only ships within the U.S.A.

Can I track my order?

Yes; you will receive a link via email to track your shipment.

What is the return and or refund policy?

We stand behind our merchandise 100% and any items deemed defective may be
returned for a replacement at no charge to you. Currently, we do not offer refunds since a
portion of the purchase has already been applied to your charity bank and may have
already been donated to your child’s chosen cause.

Will more items be added to the Molar Power® store?

We are planning to add more items to our store in the coming months.
